How long does a website take?
Most Launch projects go live in about two weeks and Growth projects in three to four. The single biggest variable is how quickly you get me content — photos, service details, and anything legally required. If you have that ready on day one, we move fast.
Do I own the site, or am I renting it?
You own it. Every file, the domain, the analytics, the hosting account — all in your name. If you ever want to leave, you take everything with you and I will help with the handover. Nothing here is designed to trap you.
Why not just use Wix, Squarespace, or WordPress?
They are fine for a brochure, and I will tell you honestly when one is the right call. Where they hurt is speed, security, and control: page builders ship enormous amounts of code you do not need, and plugin-heavy WordPress sites are the single most commonly exploited setup on the web. My builds have no plugin layer to exploit and typically load three to five times faster.
Can I update the content myself?
Yes. Sites that need frequent updates get a simple editor for the parts that change — services, staff, menus, blog posts — and I walk you through it before launch. For occasional changes, most clients just email me and it is done the same day under a care plan.
What do you need from me?
Your logo if you have one, any photos you want used, a rough idea of your services and prices, and about two hours of your time across the whole project. I write the copy; you approve it. If you have no photos and no logo, I will tell you exactly what to get and where.
What happens if my site goes down?
Care-plan sites are monitored around the clock and hosted on a global CDN, so the usual causes of downtime do not really apply. If something does break, you text or email me and it is handled the same day — not routed through a ticket queue.
Do you work with businesses outside your area?
Yes. The entire process runs over email, calls, and a shared staging link, and most clients are in a different state. Local work is welcome too — I am just as happy meeting in person.
